ELS is hiring for the position of Forest Lake Estates Sales Assistant in Zephyrhills, Florida.
What you’ll do:
The Sales Assistant is an entry level position that helps to maintain property operations and to attract and serve guests and residents.

Your job will include:
  • Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Show homes listed with Forest Lake Estates.
  • Create sales flyers for homes listed with Forest Lake.
  • Assist with preparing and holding open houses
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to assist and support that role as needed.
  • Deposit home deposit checks.
  • Process new home and resale lot lease applications.
  • Conduct lease signings for home purchases.
  • Organize and maintain files.
  • Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.
  • Handle inquiries by telephone in order to back up property staff.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Experience & skills you need:
  • Position pays an hourly rate plus commission.
  • High school diploma, or the equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of office experience.
  • Strong communications and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
